No. The Free plan is free for as long as you want it, with no credit card and no time limit - 10 conversations a month on one agent, with room for 10 pages, products or documents: enough to train it on your most important pages and see it work. It is meant for trying the agent on your own site, not for running a business on: when the 10 conversations are used, your agent stops answering questions until the 1st of the next month, but it stays on your site and keeps taking visitors' contact details for you. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
Your agent stops answering questions until the 1st of the next month, or until you move up a plan. Three things it never does: it never disappears from your site, it never cuts a visitor off mid-conversation, and it never turns anyone away empty-handed - it still takes their email or phone number and passes them to you as a lead, so you can follow up yourself. Your dashboard shows where you stand at every point, warns you well before the ceiling, and tells you how many people were turned away if you reach it. The same goes for what your agent knows: each plan stores as many pages, products and documents as it has conversations a month. When that allowance is full, nothing new can be added until you move up a plan, but nothing already stored is ever removed, and your agent keeps answering from it.

Cancel from your billing page at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, which is why the Free plan has no time limit and no card - try the agent on your own site for as long as you need before you pay for anything. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected; see section 5 of our Terms of Service.
