One decision is still outstanding — whether we take part in consumer arbitration — and it is highlighted below. An imprint is mandatory for commercial websites addressing German and several other EU markets, and an incomplete one is directly actionable.

Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints. Consumers can find the alternative dispute resolution bodies for their country through the Commission's consumer redress directory. In Bulgaria these are the conciliation commissions of the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).
